Worship Evenings

Worship evenings provide a wonderful opportunity for the congregation to come together to worship God through songs, readings, and devotionals. These gatherings can be an impactful way to highlight different church holidays and special occasions, but they can occur any time during the year. These moments of worship and togetherness are special because they allow us to express to God who He is to us and what He means to us.

It is important that worship evenings don’t feel like performances. Our focus in these gatherings should be solely on worshipping God, and every element of the evening should help bring the congregation to a heightened awareness of His nature and glory.

From Cross to Crown - A Holy Week Worship Experience

This Holy Week worship experience uses music and Scripture to bring focus to Christ’s path from Palm Sunday to Easter. Opportunities for at-home singing are included, along with solos for reflection and contemplation. It can be viewed anytime during Holy Week, either individually, within family circles, and/or with congregation members through digital platforms such as Zoom. This is a wonderful opportunity for our members to draw near to Christ, from His cross to His resurrection, during Holy Week.

"Names of Jesus" - A Christmas Worship Experience

This at-home Christmas worship experience includes a combination of Scripture reading and music for people to sing along with at home. It can be viewed individually and/or with others (family, friends, congregation, etc.), and can be found on YouTube (click here). Well-known carols make up a majority of the music, but a few newer songs are also included (solos for contemplation, and songs to sing along with).

"Songs of Gratitude" - A Thanksgiving Worship Experience

This at-home Thanksgiving worship experience includes a combination of Scripture reading and music for people to sing along with at home. It can be viewed individually and/or with others (family, friends, congregation, etc.), and can be found on YouTube (click here).
